I have taken a new postpaid airtel connection no. 9560997779 w.e.f. 25th Feb, 2012 in
which a total 400 local m2m calls per month should be discounted to me as per
my plan. (corporate 99 cug plan).
But i am very sorry to say that since the very first bill (From the month of
March-2012), all 400 local m2m calls (Rs. 200/-) have not been discounted to
me and charged me wrong bill every time.
I have lodged several complaints every month at 198 and your customer executive
waved-off the error amount every time.
But my problem is that in my current bill i have again charged wrong and all
400 local m2m minutes (Rs. 200/-) is not provided to me.
As per my usage i have used only 330 pulses of amount Rs. 165/-, but the
discount credited in my account only of Rs. 122.10. So, I have been charged Rs.
42.90 + Service tax extra in my bill.
This type of repeated error not acceptable from a good service provider like
Airtel. Its mentally harash the customer as well as wasted there time to lodge
the complaint every month.
So It is humbly request you to look out in this matter to provide me wave-off
of Rs. 47.90 + Service Tax and take necessary action so such type of error may
not be repeated again.
