Wrong balance deduction

Hi,

This is Gurjeet singh I have a Vodafone connection 9999550200. On 1st june 2012 i have activate a service for call rate which is *444*9# from my mobile. In this i will get benefit for 90 day but on 5th june my service will discontine . After making so many call to customer care I didnt get solution for the same. At last on 14 th june my complaint got register with complaint num=2252766964 in which i got assurance that my service will started on 16 june by 6 pm. But at this time my service will not start. Again I called up on customer and had a word with TL- sarita she was very rude on the call n told me that the TAT for th complaint will extended till 19 june due to weekend. So I am very upset with the service of vodafone. I want compensation of 1 lakh from the vodafone . So please do the needful
