I am using TATA DOCOMO and my no is 7411473357.
ON 28th may,2011 tata docomo cut my balance of rs 71. after that I called to the customer care and they assured me that my amount of 71 rs will be refunded with in 24 hrs. But I didnt got the balance.I’ve a recording of this conversation too. After this I keep on calling customer care but I am not getting my balance and not even proper response from them. they kept me on hold for more then 30 min for 2 times.
after this on 6th 0r 7th june,2011 same incidence occurred again and my amount of rs 99 deducted. I went to the customer care shop in Kormangla,bangalore and a customer care representative at there assured me that i’ll get a call with in 48 hrs but still I did not get any call from docomo.
Please help…I want my money back.
