This is the details of ticket we booked based on reviews from redBus, the ac of bus is not working and the staff were very rude with out humanity, no proper action was taken to repair ac, I demand my ticket money back and strict action have to take on these type of private travels and on red bus for providing wrong reviews and supporting wrong travels, even the wardrobe in bus was not neat and pillow covers are not neat, the bus is not serviced and they are playing with customer lives and I demand Kaveri travels and red bus to give my ticket money back and learn staff the manners and humanity
