Worst services

Name of company/service: George Enterprises / Voltas AC

I have purchased Split AC on 3rd Jun 2012 from George Enterprises Porur/Chennai. I have paid both advance & EMI cheques. The AC is delivered on 6th Jun and until now none of them have come for installation even after several reminders. Voltas says itself as TATA enterprises should not give such worst services. If it is not installed they can take back, so that another brand could be purchased.
I wish that this message is good enough for Voltas & George enterprises to act promptly.
