We purchased water purifier from Eureka Forbes Limited 6 to 8 Months back.Since from the purchase date it worked only for 1 month so far. We called to the customer care every month to address the issue. In turn the service person will be attending the fault only after 20 to 25 days. Last we registered a complaint( complaint no – 66738556) on 18/5/12 and till now no one attended the fault. Again i called to customer care on 8/6/12 and spoke to the executive Mr.Vignesh and he replied the person will attend the fault on the same day. But after that also no response from any service person. Again I called yesterday 20/6/12 and spoke to the executive Mr.Shanmugam and told about the issue. He inturn replied me they will attend on the same day. But till now there is no response. Ultimately we the customer are the sufferer. We spent Rs.13000 to buy this product and if it worked only for one month then there should be some fault in the product. They should have replaced or fix the issue permanently. I request to take the severe action against the company for poor quality of product and customer response. Also i request to fix my issue permanently. Please do the needful.
