Worst Service, No value for customer

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a complaint against Excitel Broadband Pvt. Ltd., provider of my Broadband service.

Issue is that the broadband wire coming from pole to my Modem is loose, as a result I have to hang the wire on hook to a certain angle to avoid the frequently disconnection.

I register the complaint on customer care on 16th July 2020 and my complaint no. is 3710365.

Everyday, I give them a reminder call to send the technician for visit to fix the wiring issue. On every call they assure me that my issue will be solved within 24hrs but even after so many days, there is no visit neither a single call from them to check the status.

So, I demand you to take a strict action against them, so that they send the technician to see the issue and also I want some refund amount for their negligence for customers complaints.
