I am a customer with ID 3004877838. I have been following the replacement of Set Top Box since several months. I have all the proof of my complaints and email. Their service department is purposely behaving with me in this way. I have not received a single call from the Nashik Region regarding my complaint. I am still paying regular monthly charges. They are not even ready to replace set top box when I am ready to pay. Please stop the Harassment. I am feeling very depressed due to service of Airtel. Who will shoulder the responsibility of my health? Why are they continuing to harass me and not providing any service to me. The recent complaint number is 33188584. They had never solved the problem. I never expected this from Airtel. Please Take Strict Action Against Airtel….
