LG 1.5 split ac – i have complained that my ac is not working (it is not cooling) to customer care,few days after a technician came and cleaned the ac ,he told display is problem,when we asked why air is not cooling,he told he know only to clean and someone else will come to rectify the AC.Till now no one came.When i called the customer service ,they told to lodge a complain again (what a answer),when i told him my request is still not closed?,why should i do it he had no answer?.Till now my problem is not rectified?2 times i have contacted customer service and no use till now.
