We had logged complaint to whirlpool service centre on 28th May as dryer stopped working. They sent a person to resolve this issue who mentioned some balancing spring needed replacement. We agreed to get it replaced and paid visiting charges. But later there was no response from service center. After 2 weeks they sent another person who came and opened washing machine to fit the balancing spring. But spareparts he brought was not of same model. So he left machine open and left.
Since then we are trying to follow up with them but got response that spareparts are not available.
It was expected that service person should have atleast fit machine in state it was.
We had faced a similar situation with whirlpool refrigerator in past.
