I have a Tata Sky in my home and my customer id number is 1078611207,it was purchased on 2 months before that is one April 2012,Till 20days before it was worked fine….but now from 20 days its not working at all due to setup box problem…i have lodged the compliant against my problem…the tatasky technician came and he changed the setup box on next day….the same day again problem is started…again i called to the call center i lodged compliant this was happened 5 times daily they use come and changing the set up box…but till now my problem is not solved….
Daily Iam calling to the call center iam hearing same word “sorry for the inconvenience” but this sentence is not solution for my problem…no body is taking responsibility to clear my problem….this is what tata sky is providing the service to their customer
