BSNL service giving worst service in coffee board, Hebbal. I am using BSNL landphone and internet more than 5 years. whenever i logged complaints they never show any interest to call us even for one time, regarding complaint. Without internt, its difficult for me during working days. When i mentioned my difficutlies to related people, they told if u find difficulty then change ur broand band connection to someother than waiting for their help. From their words, what i want to understand, BSNL loosing business due to these office staffs/ related workers. But daily BSNL posting new new services and advertisement regarding their speed and customer service. How they could do better service by cheating existing customers?
