****WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE–CARNATION****

Name of company/service: CARNATION

This is regarding a policy taken against my car bearing registration number XXXXXXXXXXX in CARNATION.

This is my worst experience with Carnation from day 1.

Just after taking this policy (After 7 days) around 3 months back, i called on your Customer care number to check my activation status, CC said still it is not activated.. It was activated when i called around 7 times.

Second worst experience with Carnation, when my car was stucked in middle of the road in Faridabad and i was not able to start my car.

Thought i have paid money to Carnation, they will help in taking me out from this problem.. again i have to call twice.. surprisingly second time Customer care executive said me “Sir we have received your call first time, tell me the problem”.. this statement comes after waiting for 25 mins on road..

Then your so called partners for road side assistance in Faridabad arrived after 25 mins named as “TOP SPEED”.. Soon they start his work continously convincing me to take his road side assistance that they are providing in NCR for 599 Rs per year..(Worst guy i have ever met).

Open all my CAR’S PARTS and said this cannot be done today at around 7 PM when i was not able to take help from other machenic and said parts has to be replaces which will cost around 1500 RS.. he was in so much hurry and continously saying his machenic “Chod de ab apne aap karvaa lenge ye”..

I have to stay whole night at that place only and take local machenic from nearby sector.. he did all things and charged 350 RS(Have the bill) and took around 40 mins.

This is third class service of Carnation along with TOP SPEED..

Have a corporate in One97 Communication Ltd from where i have taken this membership.. would surely float this mail to my admin team to stop using Carnation service and do not rely on this in my office along with to my friends and family.

BOSS this is business for you but for someone this is need in his/her worst time…

I want full explanation and action from your end till the time you will receive my REMINDERS..

Same would be updated in Consumer Forum in next 3 days if action is not taken against TOP SPEED..

BOSS….I WANT MY MONEY BACK..
