Worst Customer service

Hi.. i want to log a complaint against the Airtel broadband services. on 8th june 2012 for the transfer from my old address to new address which is just 2 building diffrenec. They took 5 days to transfer it after 18 calls by me, that too when the wiring was already done they just had to switch the numbers from beckend team. On 13 june the number was transferd but till today i have called them several times to get my internet working as thats the only reason of getting that connection and still havent even heard any thing from them just that every time i call a new agent gives me assurity that it would be done which is not happeneing and when sk them to cancel the connection they are saying that till the time they dont activate connection they would not be able to cancel my connection. And over to it they are sending my bill through email to some one else from past 6 months have logged comaplints regarding same as well no help. Please can some one help as my personal details are being send to some random person. Please help me… they are charging me rental when they are not givivng the services.
