Its been 3 months our Videocon Refrigerator is not working, I have not seen any customer service worse like this and there is no proper response, I have raised many Online complaints and they haven’t responded and at last one of the technician was been to my property and he looked at the Refrigerator and asked for the bill and we informed him that we will find the bill and in the mean while and he left the place saying he is going to come and complete the work, till now I haven’t heard form him tried calling and there is no response.
