Worst Customer Serive of Samsung

I have to drop down you this request because i have been a victim of your companies poor service. I bought a Samsung Phone Galaxy B-7150 last year june i.e 15-06-2011. Since last one month i have been facing a problem with that. The phone is getting auto switch on and off. As a normal user i tried resolving the problem by formatting the phone. And it worked well for around 3 weeks but situation got worst since past few days. So i went to one of your service center in hyderabad (India). And after struggling for more than 2 hours my turn came to meet the service engineer. He checked up the phone and said that their is software issue and it will take 1 hr to refresh it. I took the delivery of phone after 2 hrs and when i checked my phone the problem level increased than earlier. It started getting on off more readily. When i went back to your service center the Service Center Manager behaved as if the fault is mine. He asked me to keep the phone with them for one day for observation. Yesterday i.e. 20-06-2012 i got a call from them stating that problem is with motherboard and it needs to be replaced and will cost me Rs. 3600/-. Than i had to put forward this matter to Samsung Customer Care and Mr. Maqsood the representative said we have registered your issue and our Supervisor will contact you in half an hour. Its more than 24 hrs have past but i haven’t got any call for support.

Sir does samsung provide such a worst service ? They are saying phone is out of warranty as only 4 days have exceeded for the warranty. Does samsung products last only for exact 1 year ? Sir please improve the customer support and service you are providing and sort my problem no.
