wool pool refrigerator’s body is rusted

I purchase a wool pool refrigerator on 30 jun 2011. the company give one year guaranty and 5 year warranty. but my refrigerator is rusted in 09 month only. so i registered my complain at wool pool customer care center company on 28 may 2012 ,30 may 2012 , 03jun 2012 then wool pool visitor visit my home and check refrigerator.
wool pool branch Patna collect photo copy of document and say ,company replesh this refrigerator after 10 days approximate . now company say that we can not replace refrigerator.
please take action about this
