Without informing They have put my account on lien

Issue is they have put 24000-/- rupees lien on my account I transferred 8640-/- rupees from my another account to my kotak account to make payment of kotak credit card but the transferred amount was on hold. Immediately I called customer care and asked about it he told me your account is on lien for 24000 -/rupees wtf I asked him for details he said me it’s for non maintenance charges. During this lock down how can we maintain 5000 every month and it’s un fair to charge this much. And he suggested me to make credit card payment again. Soo now I have to forget the amount which I transferred earlier
