Without giving service balance deducted

Name of company/service: IDEA Cellular

I have a mobile network connection(pre paid)with IDEA Network.My mobile No is 09728796663 and I had requested IDEA customer care on the date of 15 May 2012 for a service of Blackberry Internet service from Idea Cellular.After my request Idea company deducted Rupees 399 from my account for that service but till the date they had not provided that service for me but renewed my service with Rupees 399 on the date of 14 June 2012.(I have confirmation message in my mobile Inbox).But I had already send a SMS for deactivating this service from my Number on the date of 06 June 2012(Saved in out box,DECTBIS 399).The Idea customer care officer many times assured me that they are solving my problem sooner but till the date they are not giving blackberry Internet service for me but deducted Rupees 798 from my account for two months.
My Complaint Number with IDEA is 1-24191270674 but not resolved till the date
