Dear sir,
I am having saving account in SBI halol branch.I was needed cash amount so I went B.O.B. at halol branch on dt. 1.01.2011 nearby my house.withought cash withdrawal, the amount of rs.10,000/- was debited from my account.
Due to this, I have submitted written complaine to SBI on dt.03.01.2011 and 22.01.2011. After that, on dt.25.02.2011, complaint was also given to SBI as well as BOB at halol branch.
It is very despleasure to say that, eventhough so many reminders/follou-up amtount is not credited in my account.
You are requested to please set right rhe matter.
