I have taken a new connection under corporate plan of PNB. which number is 8451041999.Yesterday I got a mail regarding withdrawl of outgoing services due to cross of maximum limit. My limit was fixed of Rs1000/-only. When I call to customer care, they inform me that unbilled amount is more than 4000/- due to heavy uses of internet.I inform u that I have MTNL Broadbond at home and net connection in the office. I need not to use net on mobile. My simple question is when my limit is Rs.1000/- fixed, then how this limit crossed to above 4000/-. I am unable to understand the thing.I was planning to take an add on card but this type of problem irritate me very much. I request you to kindly look into the matter and start my services immediately because this is my office phone.
