With out my intimation Idea Cellular Company deduct my balance several time

Name of company/service: Idea

Dear Sir,

I am Bijay Krishna De used a cellular connection of Idea last one year, Several time the company deduct my balance without my intimation.
Several time calls to customer service take necessary action but they not cooperate and told due to up gradation they not help us.

It is my humble request take necessary action against company because i am not a single person suffers this type of problem.
