Dear Sir,
we have purchased a Voltas window 1.5 ton AC on 9th May 2012.On that day the AC is not working. i also lodge complain through customer care of Voltash but no action was taken from that side. My Complai No. is 12JU1705716 i have complaint many times at least 5 times daily but no any engineers have visited.I want to Replace my AC with new one.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
