I have purchased a 5 star Window AC of Hitachi Company from Delhi and warranty period is over on 6th of May’2012.My AC has broken down since 3rd.June’2012 and I have lodged a complaint no.12060301946 with Hitachi customer care on 3rd. Jun’2012. After repeated phone call with Hitachi Customer care help line, their service Engineer reported on 8th.Jun’2012 & he found that Power circuit breaker of Window AC is burnt out. He confirmed that next day he will come & replace the burnt out PCB(power circuit breaker) but he didn’t come back. Since 8th.Jun’2012, I am regularly calling help line & every day they confirm that next day their technician will come to replace the part but nobody has reported so far.
My family is suffering a lot since 3rd. Jun’2012 because of very high temperature & hot atmosphere.
I have also written a mail along with repeated reminders to Hitachi Customer care about my complaint pending since 3rd Jun’2012.I also asked them, if Hitachi is not able to provide the service, please confirm me so that I can get it done from outside. But there is no response from Hitachi customer care.
I am totally fed up & frustrated with service of Hitachi Company. Every day customer care, making me foolish by saying that next day your complaint will be attended.
So I request you to extend your help to get the service of Hitachi Company at the earliest for my Window AC.
