White line on screen

Dear sir,

I have purchased Samsung GT – S 5292 REX 90 mobile from S.S. Watch & Electronics from Silvassa – 396230 vide purchase date – 02/04/13 after 2 months a deep white line observed on screen. Then i went to the purchased shop & told the problem. He told me i can repair it but can’t replace the same.

But i want to replace the same peice.

So i requested to do this & oblige.
