We have raised complaint with Whirlpool Home Care, that our A.C remote sensor is not working. On 29-May-12, Mr Vivekananda Adhikary visited our premises and confirmed that the A.C remote sensor is not working. The service charge of Rs.395 has been charged to us and on payment, invoice number 5683 (Zen Appliance Sales and Services) has been provided to us. The site engineer has confirmed that the A.C remote will be sent by the whirlpool customer service and on receipt we need to pay the cost for the new remote.
It has been now been almost a month, and there is no update. We have escalated this complaint to [email protected] on 9th June, and the update we got on 14th June (after my second email)was they are arranging for the part on priority basis. Today on 21st June I had called their home care call center and after putting me on hold for 30 mins NO RESOLUTION was provided.Further, I would like to bring to notice, the customer care representatives are the most inefficient and unprofessional customer care representatives. They have not been able to provide any update and abruptly disconnected the phones or put the line on hold for 30 mins when they don’t have any resolution.
