I had bought a whirpool refrigerator 2 weeks ago from Reliance Digital(Ambience Mall), Gurgaon, Haryana. From the next day of purchase my refrigerator stopped working. I complained to Whirpool Service Center as well as Reliance Digital Service Center. Both of them sent their engineer to check the product and told that it would replaced within 1 week. But still now it is not replaced. when I call Reliance Digital service center, thay told me that whirpool will replace the product and they don’t have anything to do after the purchase. I call whirpool service center, they told me it will take 1week more.
I am in such a fraud situation that i could not express. I had bought the item in credit card and it’s taking interest and i can’t use the product.
Neither reliance nor whirpool is supporting…they are such a fraud, their ambition is just to sell a product, not the after sales service.
