action has been taken yet.
TRAI i want you should a serious note of it since aircel has not been
listening to me and tell what is fair enough to do in this case.
JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.
So i sincerely request you to take it in serious notice and hep me in
getting a return of Rs. 28 as my balance and a minimum concession of
Rs.40 with in 24 hours.

SIr,
The company as not refunded my money yet neither the status is being cleared on calling 198 the operators are saying no data they have of more then 10 days ago. Where should i go should i drag you to the consumer courts? Tell me the solution of it apart from so many mails and calls i havnt got the answer yet today is last date of my sms voucher i even need to increase its validity but due to lack of balance i am not able to. Kindly tell me the solution as due to this money loss i have to face a lot of problem on my phone no. +918909707073.
