Name of company/service: NOKIA Care, Gariahat Centre, Kolkata

On 18.7.2009, I had to visit nokia care because of problem with battery charging of my one and half month old mobile set 5310. The assistant took my set plus charger and ask me to come after two hours. After about two hours when I visited the centre they handed me the job sheet saying your mobile have display problem asked me to come in the evening. It was 3pm at that time. In the evening when I came to the centre they said to come next day. On next day they handed me a new charger and asked me to come after few days for the handset. After few days they said that my set has been sent to Delhi ask ask me to come after a fortnight. Today three years have passed but i didn’t receive my hand set. In the mean time I got transfered to Andaman. Before going to Andaman i visited the centre, they sang the same song.
Suggest me what should I do.
