Name of company/service: Timtara.com
Here I am writing to inform you about reality of timtara.com services as compared to information given at their website. I ordered LG LK430 32’LCD Full HD TV on 22nd May, 2012.. My order no. is 10259694. As it has been mentioned on your website, it should have been delivered in 15-20 working days (according to the website). It seems 15-20 working days are required to take the action from your side. It has passed almost one month and I have not heard any communication from timtara team about my product information. I wanted to gift this to my friend on his marriage, i.e. on 21st June but it seems it will not be possible.
I have called many times to customer care, but their executives don’t damn care about their customers. They don’t answer our queries; don’t tell the right time of delivery, no action to rectify the problem, no apology for bad service, put the phone on hold without any reason, put down phone without answering. It’s really frustrating.
It will not be able to retain its position (as it has been very proudly written on your website that Timtara is NO.1 rated in user experience) if it will keep on giving the same experience to its customers as it has been given to me. You can read other customer’s complaints on many consumer feedback sites.
I want my product as soon as possible.
