I have installed a water purifier in my home bought from Eureka Forbes. The machine is not processing water and i have registered a complaint with the service centre and got a complaint no. 67117929 on 19-06-2012.But till 25-06-2012 evening no one has called on us and even the service in charge is not reachable and is not picking his mobile phone.
