My Washing machine is out of warranty. I called Haier Appliances(India) pvt ltd. They informed that the Service would be charged and I agreed for it. Accordingly, two guys named Prakash and Sandesh came in and disassembled the unit and said that the parts are not available, and charged us Rs.1000.He gave a bill, but refused to sign or date it. I have the bill now and since April, no one has come to service the unit. The branch Manager Ravi Prasad is highly irresponsible, with not returning calls. Lastly, he told he is on leave for one month. This issue is ongoing since April. I am a 65 year old woman living alone and this has caused me enough agony. I hereby look for suitable compensation from Haier Appliances(India) pvt ltd.
