Washing machine complaint not attended even after 3 months of lodged complaint

I logded the complaint on 19 March 2012 to attend the perforated spin drum. It was assured to me that the spare will be made available at Angul service centre and thus problem will be resolved. However, three months has been passed and yet now the complaint of my semi automatic Washing Model No: VNA T 55Dx has not attended.
