Last year we had done a blunder mistake to purchase a semiautomatic washing machine we had registered a complaint on dt: 01/04/2011 complaint number : GHA0104110686 the engg visit 3 times in 16 days but still he is not able to diagnose the problem customer care cell is always respond extremely sorry nothing else this kind of service cell they are having no body is taking pain. so i suggest every person never go for videocon products otherwise you also leave your job and trying to catch them only. typical worst products and worst service
