I have registered a complain last week for my videocon washing machine 6000; SPIN not working problem. my m/c is under warranty.
details is : complain no. : ASM0303100070, Name : Amit p. chauhan from Vadodara, Gujarat
your engineer came and informed that Spin ball related part is required to change and they will receive from company and replace it.
after that i have called so many times also at service toll free no. also but till the date my problem is not solved and i don;t know how much time i have to wait ? since in one week time we can get part from outside india also.
pl. try to resolve my problem asap. since i have very much faith in your company and related brands.
