Dear Sir, I am using the Bajaj Induction heater model no majesty icx7 230 v 50 hz 1900 wt at Sector 56, Noida. It is in warranty period. The device is not working.
I have complained at the service center and registered on 30-aug-2013 with complain number: 3129956.
The sagun service center Noida: mob 999031351 sent their technician for repairing and the technician observed that it has some fault and could not resolved it same day and told me he will come next day and will resolve it but he never came. then I gain called and after few day one more technician came and found that it has some problem in the power supply circuit board and he told me I will come and resolve it even he did come and it is still not working. Again I complain on 17th Sept 2013 with complain number-: 3217573 and they told we will replace it but no one is addressing and not resolving the issue.
I have been trying to get the service from 27th Aug 2013 and till date 19th Sept 2013 it is not working
As per the Bajaj they have to resolve the issue in 2 days but it is going to almost 1 month.
They are giving repeated false commitment and I am taking too much stress which hamper lot to my concentration in my duty work.
Hence I request you please taken action against Bajaj electrical for giving false assurance and defected electrical device.
Hope I will get solution to my problem.
