Warranty replacement Issue

Location/place: Vadodara, Gujarat

Name of company/service: Transcend India

Please note that, I have submitted my portable hard drive TS640GSJ25M with serial no 3684430803 for the replacement on Apr 20, 2012.

During the placement of order, It was assured that I shall receive the new product by 45 days.

Now it has been almost 90 days and I am yet to be receive the new hard drive.

I have been consistently talking to Accel Frontline & Transcend Customer care at Chennai, but there is no certainty about the dispatch of product.

I would like to bring it to your notice that warranty on my hard drive is about to expire in early 2013 and its taking more than 3 months for Transcend as well as Accel Forntline to replace the product.
