sir,
with due respect i would like to state that i had purchased lenovo warranty from rsinfoways.in online making payment of rs-6000/-on 3rd may-2012. the company promised me to update my warranty within 2-days but till date i have not had any response from their side,i constantly phone Mr. vinay ahuja(sales account manager-responsible for the deal).but to no avail. he keeps giving excuses and excuses.i have got details of payments and all,in case it is needed i will provide it.
please look into the matter and do the needful
