1st complaint – 310338177 – 22.05.2012 (Battery drain and sound cut problem) – Call cancel by engineer – no fault found
2nd Complaint -312950437- 13.06.2012 (Battery drain and sound cut problem) – External antenna fixed.
3rd Compalimt -320525015 – 01.08.2012 (Sound cut problem)
As per your engineer Hand set need to be replaced and it will be on chargeable basis because today is 03.08.2012 and set is out of warranty.
Call closed by engineer Bipin – Customer refuses to pay
Please help us and replace set under warranty ASAP.
Many mails send to company but no response received.
