I bought Exide battery INVA TUBULAR from Chakraborty Battery Centre on 15/10/09.I lodged complaint on 10/04/2013.Authorities send a message that my complaint no EWHO00009393. But authority did not inspect battery yet.Repair or replacement date was over on 15/04/2013 for 0-42 months.Repair or replacement with new battery as per conditions,which will be made available at 20% discount on the prevailing MCP for more than 42 months but less than 48 months.
