We purchase Symphony Air Cooler Diet 50i, on dated 9 May 2013 and purchase bill is attach in this mail. We got problem when cooler stopped working . When we complain on customer care we got reference number KME-25E13012 on date 25 May2013. Your service engineer visit on Monday 27 May 2013. They said pump is not working . They also say it may take two or three day for repairing.
Sir we have purchase this cooler for relief on this burning summer and we also agree for taken repairing time . We only want to say if it take more time that your service engineer have responsibility to feed back us. But here matter is different Service Engineer Mr Dilip which you have given name is not picking the phone or they also switch off the phone. Problem is still at the previous position
So Please do the needful action on this matter
