Warranty claim for manufacturing defect

Name of company/service: Maruti Suzuki

Hi
It has been three week since i have made a complaint regarding my swift
vxi and till date there has been no response from your side.

This is the way a company like maruti suzuki wants to be No.1 in
masses. And they continue to ignore the customer issues. When your
peoples were already aware about the things then it is the only thing
that the company is supporting them for doing the wrong things and
afterwards not interested in giving a proper reply. When you are going
to dishonour the claim then why the MASS people have extended the
warranty.

Now either the company has to honour the claim else it is the
responsibility of the company to refund the amount taken for warranty
extention.

It is sad and unfortunate to note that a company of such ‘repute’,
resorts to such cheap tactics to manipulate and score customer
satisfaction ratings without actually contacting customers or solving
customer issues!

Hi,
I am still waiting a response from your side and till date i have not
received any response. If there is no solution from maruti then pls
inform me so that i will go for the solution on my own.
Also one thing i remember that people from authorised workshops can
cheat us just to renew the warranty extension and afterwards
dishonouring the claim while knowing all the details of the vehile at
the time of warranty extension.
As the MASS people were aware about complete status of vehicle as all
the services are done from that single workshop.Also while extension of
warranty i have to bear approx Rs6500, which is useless now.
Also pls revert me ASAP.

Hi,
I am having a swift vxi 2008 model. This car is 38k on odometer and
running on CNG. I am facing problem with its steering as the rack and
pinion bush is defective for almost one year as per the information
given by MASS.
All the services of this vehicle is being done at MASS and on time.
Also these people have convinced me to extend the warranty for
additional 2 years in march 2010 and except engine all the parts will
be covered. Now they are saying that your vehicle will be inspected by
Maruti engineer and they will approve whether you will get steering
replaced or not. Also in such case i have to submit 1400 Rs for
inspection. When MASS people were already aware about CNG on vehicle
then why they have extended the warranty.
Also when i asked a question that, whether CNG can damage the steering
the works manager told “No”, its a manufacturing fault. Now can you
suggest any step to get my problem resolved?
