want to withdraw mutual fund skim from HDFC bank .

I wanna withdraw an HDFCSL but they are not giving back money , they are saying they will give after 2 years . If any urgent is there there fore one withdraw the skim . But they are not returning my money. Mine policy no is HDFCSL policy no is 13396568. Please help me out . one should be free to withdraw from any skim when ever he is required .Yes they may not provide the benefit that is understood but not returning money since 2 to 3 years is not a good practice . please help me out.
