Dear Sir/Madam

This to inform you that I have a credit card customer of HDFC bank. I was purchaseing of products Rs 50095/- date of 16/11/2011 and I was talk to phone banking customer care of hdfc bank but thay are refuse to providing the EMI facilities.I was allready payment Rs 38000/- but hdfc bank statement showing till date Rs58987.72

Kindly do the needful.
