I have ordered 1 Fast Track Women Watch priced Rs. 942.00 from Timtara.com on 29th June 2012, the order no is 10280190, which I paid through my HDFC Bank credit card.
I was supposed to get the product delivered within 15-20 working days. After the stipulated time given I called the Timtara Customer Suuport Executive and they told me to wait for another 7-8 working days. But even after several calls after the new given stipulated time I didnt recieve the product and then I decided to cancel the product. I again called the Timtara team and asked them to cancelled my order and the 1st cancellation request was lodged on 4th August 2012, and they have confirmed that the product has been cancelled on 14th August. I was supposed to get the refund within 7 working days, but till date I didnt get my refund back. When I called them to get an updated status, everytime they told me that the backend team will contact me for the status but nobody contacted me. Please help me in getting my money back and justice.
