I had a prepaid connection of Vodafone wherein I used portability and transferred it to loop postpaid. My mobile no. is 09619354497 where the loop plan is monthly tariff fee is Rs 50 Outgoing local to Loop Mobile 0.10, to other mobile 0.30, to landline 0.50, to STD mobile 0.50 and to std landline 0.50, SMS charges local: 0.30, National 0.30 and International Rs 5. Also I have activated net at Rs. 99 plan where 1GB usage is provided.
I received a message regarding the Payment of bill of Rs. 3490/- on 5th December, 2012. My connection of loop was started on 28th November, 2012 and I was asked to pay such a big amount for using it for just 8 days. They have disconnected my service on 5th December, 2012 in evening for nonpayment.
I was not told to pay any amount when I enquired for portability of any charges. They are unable to explain the breakup of bill amount charged.
At present my service is disconnected and I am suffering because of this. According to my plan it is not possible that I receive such a big amount of bill.
The loop service is not good and they don’t work on what they promise. They make fool of customers and are unable to explain to any queries of customers.
Kindly help me to waive off the bill amount as I have not made any usage of such amount and I also want to cancel my portability as I have lost faith in loop and will like to continue with Vodafone.
I request you to kindly take strict action against the loop company and help me out with this issue.
