Waiting for refund and replacement order

Hello,
This is dr atish here and I have an account on amazon where I ordered addidas black shoe which was priced initially priced 2549/ on 31 july 2018 but due to some reasons instead of receiving 08 size I received 11 size of the shoe and I returned the same to the company on 08 august which was received by the company on 16 august asking them for refund of the amount.
After few days when independence day sale was going on I ordered the same addidas black running shoe on 08 august from the site for an amount 2249/ but this time I received an order which was nowhere close to what I ordered. The shoe was of a different company named aldidos which was a used shoe and does not even match anything shown on their site. Same was written as review for the product and I returned it immediately on 16 august asking them to resend the item. This time the item was received by amazon on 27 august. Later on I tried contacting amazon via email and customer care but to my surprise they told me that due to some techincal reason they cannot resend the shoe as the shoe that has been sent by me doesn’t match the one sent by the company and they were totally unaware why the refund has not been initiated for the shoe. When I asked them to contact me to their superior who can give me a satisfactory response but they kept me on hold and did not provide me any satisfactory response. I am unable to get a valid response and my refund as well as item that I have asked them to resend to my address. Kindly please help me as I don’t have any hope now from their customer care as I have tried contacting them atleast on 5 different occasions without getting any satisfactory response. Same goes for the emails also as no update has been provided by the company via mails also.
