I am from Pune and stay in Nyati Society, our society management finalize a security company called Vulcan Force Facility Management India Pvt Ltd. These security company only give respects to society management team only, (Chairmen, Secretary, etc) and we are not a member of management team. My problem is not with society management team, my problem is with security companies guys. They always talk rudely to residents and always they are talking in phone. When I just called to area manager MR. Pandey (Area manager of Vulcan Force Facility Management India Pvt Ltd),about talk rudely with residents. He just told, please don’t call me and Talk to your society management team. We are not mad to pay maintenance to society, and after paying, we are giving a bad service. Please help me and take action against that security company.
