This is to inform you that I (Ankur Gupta) had purchased AC of a Reputed Voltas Co,.on 19/07/2011. I had filed a complaint of gas leaking in Voltas Service Centre on 25/5/2012. They solve this problem but further I am facing the same pbl on 5/6/2012.
I am calling regularly from 8/6/2012 to 22/6/2012 on this no. 18004254555.but no appropriate action was taken on my complaint .They gave me same complaint no 12my2307294 as was given on 25/5/2012.I have sufferd lots of problem So please take some action as soon as possible.
