Voltas dealer delaying AC service job unnecessarily

Voltas gas refilling was done last month at Okha light house after a lot of request and complaint. After 2 days of that again ac stopped cooling. So i filed a request again and asked for replacing the outdoor unit. my complaint number is 18081011125. This has been sent by customer care thrice and i have been calling voltas dealer mr kalpesh(M:8200257237) since 25 days almost daily. He was telling that he will receive condenser in 2 days. Then last saturday finally he told that rajkot warehouse has dispatched the unit and he will receive outdoor on monday. Still i have been patient and waited till today. On asking today he is saying that this model is not available so it will take time and actually they never had a condenser. From the last 25 days he and mr gupta(M:9824041666) main dealer of rajkot has been making a fool of everybody. Also i have sent 2 emails to Mr gupta but he has not repiled. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
